I’ve been scouring the internet and it seems really difficult to find an authoritative or even scientific source on how much topical dutasteride (e.g. 1ml) at what concentration (e.g. 0.1%) at what frequency (e.g. 2x a week) should be applied.
Does anyone have access to this study? It’s legitimately the only one I could find on topical dutasteride + microneedling: Microneedling plus topical dutasteride solution for androgenetic alopecia: a randomized placebo-controlled study - PubMed**

Elsewhere on the internet I was able to find a description of the findings within the study, but it lacks detail: “A recent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluated the use of microneedling with topical 0.01% solution dutasteride compared with saline solution over a 20-week period in men with AGA. This study found that microneedling with dutasteride produced a greater overall change in hair thickness, hair density, and ratio of vellus hair/terminal hair. Researchers concluded that microneedling with topical dutasteride was an effective therapy for AGA and further research should include follow-up studies to establish the persistence of treatment efficacy over the long-term“
