Alright so I tried finasteride for 15 days, developed gyno, so probably out of the conversation to try it again, seeing I have an extreme sensitivity to it. My plan is to try at treat the hair loss with pyrilutamide and RU58841, seeing it won’t cause a gyno flare up. Been using oral Minoxidil for 2 years or so. What do you think?
Honestly, with anti-androgens you won’t even get close to the effects of fin and dut, but they are “better” than nothing. Depending on how important your hair is to you and how aggressive is your hairloss, you can consider gyno surgery so you can get on fin/dut. There is also the option of using SERMs for a short period of time to prevent breast tissue development when test and estrogen peak after inhibition of 5AR. But you would need to talk to your doctor because gyno is very rare on these drugs. Out of curiosity, did you ever get gyno/sensitivity before and are you overweight/obese ?
