I took 1mg oral fin once and got bad sides. I applied Hims min/fin 6%/0.3% once in 4 spots and got less bad sides.
Until I can see a dermatologist I’m planning to try to mix the Hims min/fin to Kirkland min to achieve the smallest dose of topical fin that would be even somewhat effective. But I have a couple questions:
-
Is this a reasonable approach? Or am I better off crushing the oral fin and mixing in?
-
Is this math correct? I should ensure the resulting mixture has 0.005% fin so when I spray it in 4 spots it comes out to 0.2% fin overall?
