On Finasteride for 9 months and minoxidil for 5 months

Description

So been loosing my hair since I was 14.(yeah that young :'/ ). Started treatment at the age of 21.Now 10 months on finasteride and 5 months on minoxidil.
Is my progress good? Do u guys think I will need a hair transplant and if I need one how many grafts?
and those small hairs on my hairline will they grow longer?they were not there before starting treatment.
