Heavy hair fall post 7 months of hair transplant

I had transplant in march 2025. Usually, everyone suffers hair fall loss due to the shock loss, but in my case I did not have that shock loss. Instead the transplanted hair grew longer and i was happy with the outcome .

Now, after 7 months, i am not seeing heavy hair fall. Maybe 100 hair daily. My hair falls even if I run my hands through the haur. The left photo(orange) is recent. The right photo is 3 months ago.

This hair loss has been continuous since last 1 month and is not slowing down. Meanwhile, I have continuously using the minoxidil+finasteride topical solution daily.

Is this expected? Why am I having hair loss after 7 months? Any similar experiences and comments would be helpful. Thank you all.

Losing around 100 hairs daily can still be normal, especially after a hair transplant. Keep monitoring it, as shedding could stabilize. If it continues, consider investigating other possible causes like dermatological conditions. The min+fin topical is good for maintenance, so keep up with that.
