So this is after 2.5 years of Finasteride (M, 35). To give some context, this would be less than half of it, meaning most of the scalp would be plainly visible if not for finasteride. However, this isn’t enough for me. This picture is under bright light right in front of me. plus a lamp bouncing off the entire wall. And this is right after cutting my hair down to just 1 inch. I guess transplant is the only way now? How many grafts of a transplant would THIS need? And secondly, is there ANY affordable option in Canada?
Are you not following The Big 4? (+ min, microneedling, keto). You could also consider topical dutasteride before throwing in the towel.
I am doing only fin as of now. I’d rather move to dut before doing min and microneedling since I think dut suppressed 2x more of scalp DHT? But are you saying topical dut on top of the fin I am taking? Or ditch fin and only topical dut?
