Worsening Hair Thinning Despite Finasteride and Minoxidil Routine (20M)

Hi all,

Have recently discovered that I’m thinning pretty severely compared to some months past. worried about thinning and stressing over it, feels like im thinning more than i ever have now. Family is pretty much full of bald people, with my dad becoming bald at 28.

Dont know how much of a cope this is, but have had the same hairline since I was like 16. Always been a forehead warrior.

Started finasteride 1mg 3 weeks ago and foam minoxidil 5% 2x a day about a year ago (but not very good at keeping routine with it). Would love help on this and what to do next. Thanks

Keep going with fin and min, but make sure you’re consistent with application. Consider adding ketoconazole shampoo for any scalp issues. Microneedling might boost results too.
