When should I start using Finasteride (21M)

Hello there evreyone firstly I would like to start by apologising for my bad english, I recently got an hair transplant (6 days ago) and I am basicly between nw3 and 4 with vortex I know it very well that I made a mistake by not waiting untill late 20s but what can you do sometimes. In order to keep my real hair from falling out I am planing to use finasteride when should I start and can you guys infrom me about its side effects.

You can start fin now to help maintain your existing hair and protect your transplant investment. It blocks DHT, which is responsible for hair follicle miniaturization in AGA.
