What kind of treatment would you suggest?

Hey, here M33. I always had tons of hair in my head and I’ve never thought of loosing hair, but now it seems that i’m starting to lose hair on the crown. In the past I used carexidill 2% for hairline but then i stopped after 1year/1year and half of use. It was 5 years ago. I didn’t expect to lose hair on the crown, since my 72years old dad has a head full of hair. What kind of treament do you suggest? Minoxidill 2% would be enough or should I go with 5%? In case I was wondering to use minoxidill foam, can I use with my hair length?

In the past I really hated to death to apply Minoxidill, it’s so annoying. I was also wondering to try Finasteride (which dosage?) or directly go for Hair Transplant. What would you suggest?

Go with min foam if liquid is annoying. It can be easier to apply with your hair length. Consider starting fin at 1 mg daily—it helps with DHT.
