What kind of female hair loss do I have?

I went to a non-med clinic and they looked at it with a trichoscopy and called it “diffuse hair loss” but not what type. I don’t know if it’s androgenetic or something else.
My GP looked at it and said topical fin won’t help because it’s not male pattern but someone on the subreddit said androgenetic hair loss is diffuse in females. I’ve been on a waiting list to see a derm for 2 and a half years and still patiently waiting.
I’ve had a lot of blood tests for other issues and the only abnormality is sometimes low-normal serum B12 and consistently elevated CRP. I have chronic fatigue.
I’m not asking for a medical opinion, but what kind of hair loss does it look like, what stage etc?
Currently taking spiro for over a yr but it hasn’t done anything that I’ve noticed. Thinking of changing my birth control to a less androgenic progesterone like dapsone.

The photo is a little blurry, and only shows a part of the scalp. Could you perhaps try taking a few more pictures so we can have a better idea of the situation?
