24 M. NW1 with diffuse thinning and I somehow gained significant amount on minoxidil and fin. switched to dut 1 year ago while dropping minoxidil. Currently about to start a very mild cutting cycle so I will add couple of experimental compounds in a sense that they arent proven but they might work in theory.
Cycle itself:
60 mg test prop every other day
10 mg anavar every day for 1 month. 25 mg second month as a preworkout and 10 mg every day.
tirzepatide 5 mg every week
Things I will add:
Ru58841 50 mg/ml 70 ethanol / 30 propilen glycol solution
hgh 4 iu ( for fat loss and synergy with anabolics. Increasing IGF-1 might help with hair or making it worse will see
GHK-cu Sub Q 5 mg every day for 6 months. then I will switch to topical but I will keep the anabolic burden the same so it will be a anectodal evidence if subQ or Topical is better
Cjc + ipa 125 mcg each morning
dut 2.5 mg everyday to blast the fuck off of scalp DHT

don’t listen to online looksmaxxers. 2.5mg dutasteride is absolutely unnecessary if you were getting good results on finasteride to begin with and were NW1. 0.5mg per day is enough. remember, you need type I isoenzyme of steroid 5 alpha reductase in allopregnanolone synthesis. i don’t know what ipa or cjc means, if you mean isopropyl alcohol please cut that shit off, IPA is not made for oral consumption, seriously, do NOT do it.

scalp dht values are bullshit. 51% reduction of scalp DHT (for 0.5mg) is NOT enough however dutasteride blocks it at 92% for follicular level per the japanese study below. DHT effect on scalp tissue is largely useless but intrafollicular is what matters. if you are extremely paranoid, my man, you can overdose on tens of miligrams of dutasteride to absolutely nuke the fuck out of the scalp DHT but you would also get some nice neurosteroid changes in your brain 
. You probably have heard about PFS, post-finasteride syndrome, while I believe most of those who claim to have PFS are spitting BS, probably a rare amount of them is indeed right. Under normal circumstances, most people do NOT experience neurosteroid-related side effects. However, if your goal is to “nuke the shit out of DHT”, you can get say 40mg of dutasteride then you will wake up to be a different person psychologically. Neurosteroids are things you should not mess up with. My long term plan is to increase it to 1.5mg at the very most and with regular blood checks etc. 2.5mg or above is unnecessary. The looksmaxxers mention 2.5mg because it is something they had heard somewhere bro. It is NOT scientific, well obviously 2.5mg>0.5mg for scalp DHT reduction, but it is an arbitrary value, why let’s say not 5mg? why not 10mg? This is not to say you should hop on 5 or 10 mg of dutasteride, just question it, standard dose of this shit for hair loss is 0.5mg and that is if you don’t respond to finasteride or want a better option than finasteride. Almost all men at the very fucking least preserve what they have with that dutasteride and will even get some regrowth. Dutasteride inhibits type I of 5AR even if it is still weaker compared to its inhibition of type II, but if you overdose on it, you open yourself up to nasty side effects. There is a reason why side effects of dutasteride are dose dependent. Dutasteride has problems it seems crossing the blood brain barrier, although disputed, but more you take it more dutasteride will get on to your brain
