has anyone every tried switching from oral to topical and if so how did u do it. for context i mostly train endurance, long distance running. i monitor my heart rate regularly and observed that since being on 5mg minoxidil for a month, my heart rate during rest and exercise has skyrocketed. i want to stick through with my hair journey but my overall everyday life has taken a hit. anyone has any advice?
Switching from oral to topical min might help with the elevated heart rate since topical has lower systemic absorption. Give it a try and see if it eases those side effects while still supporting hair growth. Keep monitoring your heart rate to make sure things improve.
