Should i shave it? Need some help, general advice

27 male, started balding at 18 jumped on fin at 21, been on fin 1mg for 6 years and 5 weeks ago i just jumped on HIMS 1.3mg fin / 3mg oral minoxidill (im way too inconsistent for topical minox.
Felt like ive lost some density in the last few years but fin has done its job forsure. Im new on min so fingers crossed for a miracle. I guess how bad is it looking people, am i cooked? HT a consideration? I always just let my hair fall flat and push it to the side a bit.

Side effects:
Finasteride-Semen texture changed forsure (i really dont care though)
1.5 month on oral minox i do have some lightheadedness in the mornings but thats it.

If you’re new to oral min, give it some time—could take up to a year to see full results. Fin is holding the line by cutting DHT, so that’s doing its job. Shaving it short can work well if you’re considering it—easy to maintain while still sticking with your treatment. Check out the Beginner’s Guide for more info on what you’re using. Lightheadedness on oral min can happen, but often gets better with time. If you’re considering HT down the line, it’s good to keep the scalp healthy with treatments till then. Remember, it’s all about what makes you comfortable.
