Shedding at 7 months. Is this normal or a result of changes I’ve made?

Stared on 1mg of Fin in May 2024. Added Min 10% topical in September 2024 starting my applying once a day, sometimes twice.

Had really good growth very quickly with no shedding.

Over the last couple of months I’ve had a lot of shedding (sometimes 50 strands shedding when applying the topical min) and more throughout the day. Whilst hair thickness is still a lot better than when I started, it feels like it’s regressed a lot.

I cancelled my Manual plan 4 weeks agoand I’ve been buying 5% minox instead.

The shedding started before this, but could the drop in min strength be a contributing factor?

Shedding is thought to be a good sign ultimately, but it’s hard to say. I would assume it was just part of the hair growth cycle. You need about a year to know.

it could also be a seasonal shed?
I just had a big shed as well.
