Ive been using 1mg fin for the past 7 months, never had a shed on it but now im losing a lot of hair in the shower, the image below shows roughly what the hair looks like. Is this normal??
Shedding isn’t unusual on fin, even after several months. It usually means your hair is cycling and growing stronger, so it can happen anytime. Hang in there and keep monitoring; it typically settles down.
