Severe Panic Attacks on 1mg Fin: Alternative Options?

I’ve been taking oral 1mg of fin and topical min for about 2 weeks now and after a few days a started to have severe panic attacks and suicidal thoughts. I stopped the fin for a couple of days and went back to normal. I decided for science to try it again and the side effects came back.

Do I have any other options here? Unfortunately hair loss seems hard to avoid if your deceased.
