Hard to say for sure just from these pics since detailed histological analysis is needed. For AGA, look for miniaturized hairs; scarring might show skin texture changes. If irritation or dermatitis is suspected, try ketoconazole shampoo or CBD with MCT oil to help. Continue monitoring changes and treatments.
