I am a 20 year old male with very fine and dispersed hair thinning. My crown is the worst and when my hair is wet/oily my scalp is practically see through. Currently I have been using 2.5mg oral minoxidil and 0.5 oral duatasteride for like 2 and a half months and don’t see results. I also use ketoconazole shampoo and pin ghk-cu. I scalp massage everyday and just stopped using rosemary oil a few months ago because I shed a lot of hair when I applied it. Is there any thing else I can use before considering hair transplant or hair fibers.
Stick with the oral min and dut, as they can take up to a year to really show effects. Consider adding microneedling once a week since it can boost the efficacy of other treatments. Keep using the keto shampoo and possibly try topical fin if you want to avoid more oral medication. You might see better results over time, so hang in there before going for transplants.
