I had a hair transplant 5 years ago and was on dutasteride for 6 months. Amazing results. Theb stopped for a year and have been on 1 mg fin and topical monoxidil. Decent progress. But my hair volume is not increasing.
Any suggestions on how to increase hair volune? Thinking if going for another transplant
To boost hair volume, you might consider adding microneedling to your routine to increase the effectiveness of topical min. Also, make sure you’re consistent with your current treatments, as they can take months to show improvement. Continuing with a stronger anti-androgen like dutasteride might be more effective than fin for some. Another transplant is an option, but maintaining existing hair is key.
