So i noticed my hair started thinning like 5 months ago, but now yesterday i noticed that the left side of my temple (right in some of the pics, but its noticeable so wont be a problem ig) is thinning more? My scalp is also red at this spot, what is this, what to do? Btw my widows peak has always been mature, but now this left side has definitely noticeably pulled in.
Scalp redness and thinning can be caused by conditions like sebderm. Try ketoconazole shampoo and consider CBD with MCT oil to soothe the scalp. If it’s AGA, think about starting ‘the big 4’: min, fin, ketoconazole, and microneedling. Check out The Beginner’s Guide for more info.
