Recommendation for Topical Androgen Inhibitor While on 0.5mg/Day Dutasteride

I’m already on duta 0.5mg/day and I was looking for a topical androgen inhibitor for scalp, to be extra safe.

What would you recommend me ?

How long have you been on dut? I’d just stick with that for a year and see what happens. otherwise, RU58841, etc

RU58841 is dangerous by the way. If oral dut 0.5mg is not working you may consider (always refer to a doctor) upping the dosage to 1mg or 2.5mg. But if that is not working and hair keeps falling etc. I doubt RU58841 will be effective. You must be careful in applying RU58841 and that there exists no long-term human studies on its effects on humans. It is often marketed as a research chemical rather than a treatment of any sort too.

Thanks, I’ll talk to my doc about that, not sure if he will accept to up the dosage though.
