I’ve been using finasteride alone for the last 6 months. Zero sides but not hair growth so far. I used dutasteride several years ago, it was a success but gave it up as I had too much testicular ache and urinating was painful because it somehow caused pressure. Do I need to use minodixil to support hair growth? I am not sure even if i used min, finasteride may not stop balding for me as it seems it didn’t do any help alone. What would be possible solution for me to try?
Extra info: I’m a diffusal thinner.
