I’ve been on finasteride since 2022 and minoxidil since 2023. Although I’m quite happy with my results on meds, I’m looking to get a hair transplant. I’m a Norwood 3 and apply minoxidil foam on my hairline and temples. If I were to get a hair transplant, how would I apply the minoxidil foam because my hair line will obviously move forward.

Once healing allows, apply minoxidil around the new hairline while avoiding the immediate transplant area until fully healed.
