Don’t know a lot at all this so I’m not really sure if I should be worried or not
So I’ve been on min/fin for a year now and I’ve had really good progress throughout the year but here recently I’ve been noticing that I have a lot of hairs falling. Is this just another shedding? Should I be worried?
Shedding can happen even after a year on min and fin due to natural hair growth cycles. It’s usually temporary and part of the process as hair regenerates. Keep using the treatments consistently to support hair regrowth. If the shedding continues for a prolonged period, consider other underlying factors.
