I have been on minoxidil and finestride journey for nearly 2 years from NW 2. In those period, I was using topical min + fin topical solutions along with gfc treatment for nearly 6 months. There was hairloss at the time but damn it was nothing compared to now.
Since I want those magical gains like few of us on this reddit got, I went for oral finestride along with topical min+fin (with micro needling). I stick with that medication for about 10-11 months but there was no gain. I knew about the shedding and accepted it thinking it’s part of the process but then comes the watery semen problem. I did not cared about the point thinking it’s just normal.
After nearly a year worth of experience in oral finestride my doctor said switch to Dutasteride. The shedding got much worse which it should be normal but my dick stopped getting hard. Semen got even more watery and amount of semen was shockingly low. At this point I started to get concerned. After six month of intense shedding, low semen and depression I went to see the doctor again. He told me to quit taking Dutasteride and stick with min + fin topical for the time being.
After all this sh*t, now I have gone uptp Norwood 3 with thin hair. Lost all the shedding hair for nothing, lost libido (still relatively low semen after 1.5 months even with NNN). Now I am just doing topical solutions with random hair oils. I am lost guys. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
