My treatment journey from 2023 to 2025
Hello friends, i am here to ask some questions about mu treatment and i need to know if this things usually happen or my treatment is not working.
In 2023, with 17 years old, started with finasteride 1mg and topic minoxidil, i keep using it for like 6 months and get my hair absolutely majestic, my head filled with hair and it was very dense, so after 6 months my hair just became to fall all again, it turned so bad that i think i would be bald in less than a year, so i started with dutasteride and oral minoxidil 0,25 + topic minoxidil and some suplements, it worked very well again, but after 6 months my hair started to fall again, so i changed my minoxidil to 2,5mg, it worked again for like 4 months and now it is falling all again, i changed my minoxidil to 3,5 trying to stop it but it is not working. I really don’t know what to do, do you guys think that the only way to keep my hair will be with injectable treatment?
