My hair has been thin since I was a kid - is a transplant the only way?

I have been taking HIMS chewable for 2 months now. Too early to see any progress, but I recently found an old picture. My hair has ALWAYS been thin.

if you do not have AGA, you may not need finasteride. but minoxidil may help, given you have no sides related to minoxidil. maybe give minoxidil (topical 5%) a shot?
