Hey all, 27(m) still have a full head of hair but recession and thinning is definitely coming. Volume has not been thick as it used to and i am thinning on the sides. I’ve tried 1mg fin daily for around 3 weeks maybe 3-4 months ago but stopped due to sexual sides. Low libido and penile sensation drastically decreased. I then gave it another shot at cutting the pills in quarter and trying 0.25mg eod and started to lose penile sensation again. I switched over to just topical minoxadil for about 2 weeks now and haven’t experienced any sides so far. I’m aware any minoxadil gains will essentially vanish without a DHT blocker but the sides I encountered on fin were a dealbreaker. Has anyone tried the switch to topical fin or an alternative to fin to address this?
