Lots of shedding after adding bica 50 mg daily

I’m on Duta for a year along with AA. Before starting bicalutamide, I was taking spironolactone. Switching from spironolactone to bicalutamide triggered severe shedding, which has now lasted for about three months. I’m seeing a lot of hair fall, including many small, miniaturized hairs. My scalp feels itchy, and my hair, which used to be oily, has become dry. There’s no seborrheic dermatitis or visible flaking.

Three months ago, when the shedding worsened, I had a dermatologist appointment. She noted redness on my scalp and diagnosed androgenetic alopecia (AGA). She prescribed Alpicort E. Since then, my hair has continued to deteriorate daily. I also started using 5% minoxidil once daily, but the shedding only intensified.
Meds i take right now:
Duta 0.5 mg
Bicalutamide 50 mg
Carbogaline 0.5 mg weekly
Minox 5%: Applied on scalp daily
Estradiol injections weekly
Labs:
DHT 8 ng/dL
DHEA-S 330
Prolactin 8 ng/ml
T: 25 ng/dl
I’m at a loss about what’s happening to my hair and what to do next.

Leg aerobic exercise (run/cardio), cold shower on scalp, spicy food, more sun and other infrared radiation source. Use tretinoin or chlorophyll to increase IR radiation influence.
