Losing ground on Dut + Min + Ketoconazole

I’m a 25-year-old male and have been on 0.5mg Dutasteride for just under two years now. Up until recently, things seemed to be holding steady, but over the past three months, I’ve noticed a very noticeable increase in shedding, both in the shower and on my pillow.

What’s been even more concerning is that I’m starting to see vellus hairs creeping further back along my hairline, which makes me wonder if this is the beginning of a setback.

For some context, I’m also taking 2.5mg oral Minoxidil eod, and I’ve been using Ketoconazole shampoo three times a week consistently.

Could this be a seasonal shed? Or should I be worried? Thanks!

Shedding can happen occasionally with treatments, but it might also be due to seasonal changes or hair cycling into a new growth phase. If shedding continues or worsens, monitor for changes in your hairline. You might want to explore options like changing dosages or alternating your current treatments.
