Hi everyone, im new to the community.
So i started topical finasteride .025% and minox 5%. ive been on this routine for around 2 months. Im currently seeing an increase in shedding the passed few days, however no signs of hair regrowth or signs of hairloss slowing down neither. I want to know generally how long before i see some effects? I just want to know when is the best time to call it quits and switch to a different routine. Thanks so much.
hey, it can take around 6 months to a year to see noticeable effects from your current treatment. the shedding might be annoying but it’s pretty standard and could be a part of the cycle where the weaker hairs are being replaced, which is a good thing.
You should use topical minox and finasteride for best effect. Its also safer than oral. Cheapest way for finasteride is to crush pills and mix with minoxidil. I had good results.
Hi! Im currently doing just that. Both topical with the crushed pills. But im still pretty early on but i mnot seeing very good results. So i just wanted an idea of how long to keep going before i switch.
