hell fucking no. just spread it well for topical fin or min (both for foam and aerosol like spray), avoid topical dut like plague. for topical min, treitonin helps from what i read, you may give it a try if no side effects etc. occur. biotin capsules are not for people who have androgenetic alopecia but rather have good hair and want to get it thicker, but you may add them too if you want.
