I am considering starting Manual’s 0.5mg Dutasteride + 2.5mg Minoxidil (oral) pill. I would appreciate any advice on whether this is an appropriate strategy to stop the loss and hopefully gain some back, or whether any other techniques may work
Yes but don’t take them without a doctor’s advice if possible. Get your bloodwork done first and then re-evaluate with a doc. Also get a trichoscopy done on the thinning regions if possible, if you have AGA 100% and canNOT get the medicines despite being free of any risks that they may pose (they don’t pose any risks for a huge chunk of people, this is just to be technical) only then consider the other options.
