I started finasteride 0.25mg on June 29 , So its been 3 months . For the last 3 months my shedding was quite low. But suddenly for the past 3-4 days my shedding has increased a lot. The hair I shed are thin hair with the tapered top. Not terminal hairs. What does it mean?
Shedding at this stage is normal. It usually means fin is working and your hair is cycling through to promote healthier growth. Keep monitoring it, as regrowth can take a few more months. If it continues or you’re unsure, check out the The Beginner’s Guide for more info.
