I’ve only been on it for about a month and it seems like my hairline has gotten way worse, it seems to have accelerated my hairloss dramatically, what should I do?
shedding is pretty common when you start fin and min. it should stabilize after some time, usually a few months. hang in there, it could take up to a year to see full effects. keep using the meds as they’re likely moving hairs into the growth phase. check out the beginner’s guide for more on what to expect.
see a doctor ASAP. may be shedding, may not be shedding. you have significant recession for 30 days (1 month). don’t risk it. @henryk is optimistic so keep that in mind too. hope it is shedding but better be safe than sorry.
Will do, is there any precedent for this sort of thing happening? What might be causing it, and do you think it might be permanent?
I’ve been researching since I noticed and I haven’t heard of a single case of min + fin causing permanent hairline recession, that being said this does look very different from any shed pictures I’ve seen so ill be on the safe side
