Would me genetics be good enough to stop hairloss entirely on treatments? Will treatment work for me? So I’m 17 with no loss as of now with father who isn’t bald at 45 and no members on his family are at all. I’m worried about losing hair due to my mom’s side of genetics. My mom’s dad is fully bald now he went bald in his 40s or something. My mom’s one of his brothers went bald fully in 20s while her older brother has hair at 50 and one of my cousin also went balding in 20s even though his father has hair at 50. I got another cousin with juveline hairline and no loss at 25 but i don’t know if it counts since he’s autistic. You know sometimes treatments don’t work and just slow things down and buy you more time. Will i be in that case? Are my genes too bad? I hope my dad’s side of genes make them less aggresive so these treatments stop progression entirely if loss happens.
