1)it is hard to predict when exactly the shedding will stop, but let’s say a few months?
2)no, topical/oral minoxidil’s vasodilator effect that primarily results in scalp (or in some AGA patients body hair too) hair growth is temporary. those hairs won’t just regrow back permanently. you need to keep taking the minoxidil in either of its form.
3)you should learn how to communicate effectively and be calm, 3/5 of my hair at top is gone in diffuse thinning pattern yet I am calmer than you.
bro i know but i just used 15 days when u stop the minoxidil u will return the baseline,and chatgpt says the 15 days does not become addicted to minoxidil i just gave them temporary shed
15 is too short for anything of substantial matter. we canNOT know when the shed will end. use minoxidil if no side effects etc. are observed for as long as you want to preserve your hair. maybe decades?
they were in catagen,and i triggered a new hair,pushed the old one out,now that’s telogen,yeah 15 is too short for addiction to minoxidil,anyways im shedding rn they’ll grow back

you don’t fully understand how hair works my man :). forget about hair phases, yes they are real scientific things but you gotta keep in mind oral minoxidil/topical minoxidil is a vasodilator. it widens blood vessels to promote follicle growth which in turn leads to hair thickening. I repeat again, this is precisely how this works. If you stop taking oral minoxidil, blood vessels’ widening will be lost, thus hair follicle will get smaller. Fin/Dut can stop DHT from affecting hair follicles to an extent by inhibiting DHT production but for regrowth you typically need min AND Fin/Dut. do NOT mess with the meds or meds will mess with your hair too

Please AVOID LIKE PLAGUE altering your hairloss medication routine on your own if you don’t want to see sub-optimal results or toxicity/side effects etc. Take it at the same hour every damn day (fin+min). Maybe even at the same minute. This is all I can say, I don’t think doctors will think different. If you are seeing doctors, please also choose qualified and properly educated ones who update their knowledge and don’t blindly parrot what they have learnt in med school decades ago.
