I am Mike aged 46 years old and I have thinning in both temples and frontal hairline. I been on oral minoxidil 2.5mg for quite a while and have been on 1.25mg of oral finasteride and don’t think I am responding to oral finasteride possibly. Worked when I was on it in 2018-2019 but slowly lost effectiveness. I tried oral dutasteride at 0.5mg per week and it stopped my hair shedding but had sexual side effects that made me stop. I am gonna try microneedling with a M8S Dr. Pen and topical duatesteride.
