I have been denied DUT by two dermatologist. Does anyone know who can prescribe it to me in MINNESOTA or elsewhere online? (My credentials below)

For getting DUT, check out telehealth services through the product finder as they might be more open to prescribing it, especially if you’ve had limited success with fin and min. Make sure to search specifically for hair loss consultations.
