I had 4 DHI hair transplants from 2021 -2025. The last one was on August 15th. Why isn't my hair thickening? I've tried all kinds of pills, including finsteride minoxodil, and why isn't anything working

You have advanced hairloss, hairloss is hard to treat when it’s advanced. You don’t “try” finasteride, you stay on it for life and expect result in 1-2 years. If you don’t see the usefullness of finasteride/minoxidil, drop them and stay bald. All the other medications will do nothing for you. GL

I started taking KX-826 for 2 months and also bought minoxidil tablets, but why is there no thickness even after 4 hair transplants? My hair doesn't grow back? I can't do it.
