I’m 25, my hairline is starting to go and I have thin scalp hair.

I’m about to start a job for 3 months and I don’t want my hair to start falling out while I’m there.

Should I wait until my contract is finished before starting finasteride or am I worrying for nothing?

Follow-up question, how long does the shedding last once it starts?

Shedding on fin usually starts around 3-6 months in, but it varies. It can last a few weeks to months. It’s generally temporary and can mean regrowth is starting.
