Situation: I’ve been balding at the crown since 16 despite having a perfect hairline which pains me. When I was 20 I started ru58841 1ml of 50mg/ml and 2ml of 5% minoxidil topical. As I was microneedling at this time experienced severe chest pain and had to stop (stupid I know). I’ve started again with no issues but now I want to increase my stack. I don’t care for any side affects unless they are inhibiting like chest pain.
Potential new stack: RU58841 1ml of 50mg/ml daily Minoxidil 2ml of 5% daily Dutasteride 0.5mg daily Oral minoxidil 2.5mg twice a day
Please let me know any feedback back on how I should proceed
if you keep losing hair on this stack then you should shave it off. also you should NOT fucking use ru58841 with microneedling. skip ru58841 on that day or even days adjacent, the point is ru58841 and microneedling should be done separate enough so that the chance of ru58841 going systemic will be minimal to non-existent, very normal you get chest pains.
ru58841 is dangerous and their usage should be done very precisely if you want to proceed, 50mg/ml is good enough probably to stop hair loss though, ru58841 is lacking in safety. Oral dutasteride 0.5mg is solid. Oral minoxidil 2.5mg is not to prevent further hair loss, minoxidil is to regrow lost but 2.5mg is again good especially done twice daily. But, safety is of concern, you must check ecg, blood pressure readings and for the slighest heart palpitation, shortness of breath etc.
IT is not fucking stupid to stop any medication after you get stuff like severe chest pain. Your heart is far more important than that of keratine columns above your head, understand this well. Would you rather go bald or die? Life without hair does not end, even if it is worse but hair without life literally makes no fucking sense.

Seems to be a small misunderstanding, I was saying it was stupid to microneedle with ru. I will not be consulting a doctor as in my country it’s a pain, first I need gp to refer then expensive specialist and then they might not even offer what you want. As suffer from a large ego it is difficult for me to listen to doctors advice so I usually skip that step.
Ru has been a blessing for skincare as now I have almost no acne. I will never admit defeat and shave it off. Turkey is always the final resort. If dut works well I will end ru so I can microneedle instead
ru is like accutane of hair loss, good but dangerous. obv. it is effective but again dangerous. i plan to use it myself at very modest 5-10mg/ml if i can obtain it. i also agree with you on most doctors. your stack is solid though, if you cannot defeat reaper with this, it is time to shave it off.
