likely outcome over the course of treatment: thickening of hairs around the bridge between the vertex and frontal lobe, thickening (or outright complete filling of crown) and if lucky some vellus-like hair growth on the frontal regions. this protocol will likely reduce the grafts needed to 2000-3000 in my belief and you would be a perfect candidate for hair transplant. 1.25mg fin is a good choice, 2.5mg minoxidil is good but 5mg a day as 2.5mgx2 may be problematic, obviously consult your doctor first on all medications. chance of being hyper-responder is realistically low while not impossible. under the strict supervision and guidance of a doctor, consider the incorporation of dutasteride 0.5mg into your regimen as every day treatment or every other day treatment for carrying the battle to frontal areas if finasteride is not enough for them. keep in mind finasteride may also not be enough for thickening crown/vertex to frontal bridge, however I believe it would be sufficient therefore you won’t need dutasteride for that purpose.
