It has been really bothering me lately how my hair looks really old and rough now after using these things. It’s not any product drying them out since it’s oral min and I keep the routine more or less the same. The hair loss did stop and gained a lot of density, but the hair itself is much curlier, frizzy than before and looks less healthy overall. I see conflicting answers whether it’s min or fin doing this.
Oral min and fin can sometimes change hair texture, making it dryer or frizzier. Min is more likely the reason due to its effects on follicle environment and hair shaft.
