Started the journey April 24th. Pics are roughly a month apart. Pics in white undervest are starting pics before treatment. Pics in blue Tee with shorter hair is from May 27th so roughly a month apart between both sets. Barber fucked up my experiment lowkey by cutting hair too short for the 1 month pics and now I’m not sure if thinning decreased or not, you be the judge.
The treatment plan is simple. Use Anela protocol concentrations of ghk cu and ahk cu and document results, supplemented with dermastamping scalp once weekly and ketaconazole 2% shampoo a couple times a week, plus 2-3mg ghk cu daily
The hair serum I’m using was recommended by a friend. It’s available on etsy by precise formulations. Its the only one i could find which had the concentrations recommended by Anela: 6% ghk Cu and 1% ahk cu. I didn’t want to go to the trouble of making my own and messing up the dosages (cuz I’m clumsy as hell) so I just bought that one for convenience plus the owner was really nice with me and my stupid questions.
Next is the ghk cu injectable. That I’ve been doing 2mg daily. Recently upped to 2.5mg, will probably do 3mg daily as the units are easier to calculate.
So that’s for the main treatment experiment I’m running.
Supplemental treatments:
Ketaconazole 2%, 2-3x per week
Leave on hair for 5mins then rinse off
Dermastamping scalp areas that are thinning once weekly with 1.0mm needle length.
