What the title says basically. My temples are unaffected, but in the last few days, my front scalp seems to have thinned significantly. Is this AGA, or could it be related to something else (I also have seb derm, but I thought I had it under control)? I also already take 1mg fin oral (since December 2024) and 2.5 mg min oral (since June 28th, 2025) daily. If anyone has any ideas for what could be causing this, I’d love to hear them.
Localized thinning might be due to seb derm impacting your scalp health. Focus on controlling the seb derm since that could be causing TE. Consider using ketoconazole shampoo and maybe adding CBD with MCT oil to ease inflammation. AGA is usually more gradual, so this could be temporary if managed well. Stay consistent with diet and scalp care.
