23M. Hair has been receding + thinning as much as I can glean for about a year now. Not too high up but not low either so I got a prescription for fin March of this year. Was taking it for a little less than a month before I realized the correlation with the nipple sensitivity I’d suddenly developed. Stopped the fin immediately, after the sensitivity + reading about the potential for gyno. It’s now mid-June and the sensitivity has only just NOW completely subsided (stopped about a month ago in my right nipple, just last week in my left) which gave me a bit of a scare since I read from other people that it went away sooner for them and they STAYED ON the drug. Finally went in to my GP the other day to get my estrogen checked and he said I didn’t have a lump under my nipple but also didn’t seem to take my concerns very seriously. Estradiol came out to 24.5…am I at high risk of gyno if I go back on fin? Don’t want to lose my hair but also don’t want tits. Also, I have relatively low muscle mass and wanted to start working out more—would growing muscle amplify any risk? Sorry if this is a loaded post, just want to be safe since you only get one body yknow?
