im 22 years old and i have very low density hair and i tried fins 1mg before but i noticed mental side effects which affected my studies but now im trynna get back on it and i wanna minimize the side effects.

another thing i need help with it was if the mental side effects are from the drug or just my life and how to recognize and differentiate between them?
