I have been on finasteride since December 2023, had great progress the first 6 months, then shed in late summer 2024, gained it all back by February. Now I have started shedding again but isn’t this too late for a shed? is the finasteride losing its efficacy?
Shedding on fin is pretty common and can occur even later into the treatment. It’s not likely that fin is losing efficacy quickly. Hair goes through natural cycles, and some shedding might just be normal. Keep monitoring it and see if it stabilizes or improves.

I don’t know man, it feels like I’m below baseline right now, I’ve heard about sheds but this shed has been going on way too long now.
