Diffuse Thinning Worsened After 2 Months of Ketoconazole Use, What to Do?

i have mpb but it isnt really that extreme, temples havent receded but there have been diffuse thinning pretty much very slowly for 4 years (nothing that have bothered me to this extent). i recently started using ketaconazole, and after about 2 months of use, i realized diffuse thinning was really really visible now, especially on the right side of my hairline.

could ketaconazole for some reason caused this shed for me, and what to do?

currently not on medication, gonna be on min and dermastamp, cant tolerate dht blockers

Shedding from ketoconazole is unlikely, it’s probably just coincidence or AGA progressing. You’re on the right track with min and microneedling. Ketoconazole helps inflammation but won’t halt AGA. Keep up with your new regimen.
